Lara is the AI that lives inside your Obsidian AI at Home system. She's who you talk to — by voice or by typing — when you want help with something. She remembers your preferences, your household, your way of doing things. And she does all of it on your hardware, in your home.
She answers questions, writes letters and emails, helps you plan, searches through your files, reminds you of things, and more. Estate packages include full customization — different voice, different look, different name if you want. Default Lara is warm, direct, and practical.

What People Ask
Is it really private?
Yes. Your AI runs entirely on your hardware, in your home. It does not connect to any cloud service. Nothing you say, ask, or store is ever sent anywhere. Brown Forces staff cannot see it. Nobody can.
What can Lara do?
Lara answers questions, helps you write letters or emails, researches topics, searches through your files (Family and Estate packages), reminds you of things, and holds natural conversations. She's more capable and more patient than a phone assistant — and completely private.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. We set everything up before it arrives, and we walk you through it in person. Most people are up and running within minutes of their first conversation with Lara. If something goes wrong, support is included and we handle it.
Can I change how she sounds or looks?
Estate packages include full customization — voice, look, and personality. Starter and Family packages use Lara's default voice and appearance, which most people find just right.
What if I need help after setup?
Every package includes support — 90 days for Starter, 6 months for Family, one full year for Estate. If you need something, reach out and we handle it. No automated tickets. No outsourced support. You get Brown Forces directly.
