Your product didn’t get worse — la gente changed
Quinn Litherland and Alex Revin wrote a post at Euclid about why shipped products feel like they got worse. The answer isn't product rot. It's that the people using it changed, the market shifted, and nobody recalibrated expectations. This is the forward-deployed-everything lesson: you ship something, you assume it'll hold, and then reality catches up.
The TL;DR is simple. Users age. Companies grow. Competitors copy. Support tickets pile up. A feature that felt essential at launch becomes background noise. The fix isn't a new launch — it's doing the boring work of checking what's actually happening with your users, talking to them, and adjusting. Forward-deployed teams do this by sitting with the people who use the product every day.
Why this matters for us: cuando tu negocio crece y la gente cambia, no es que se acabó la gracia — es que toca sentarte y preguntar a los que usan lo que vendes, no a los que lo diseñaron.
“Tu producto no empeoró — la gente sí cambió.”
