Founder & CEO
Salvador grew up in the Coachella Valley and taught himself to build software while working a full-time day job. He started with no formal CS background — just a stubborn belief that the communities he grew up in deserved the same tools as anyone else.
In 2026, Brown Forces was accepted into the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. Salvador built the first products himself — an IEP drafting assistant, a bilingual screener, a grant writing tool — because he was tired of watching institutions struggle with paperwork that AI could handle in seconds.
His goal is simple: put working AI tools in front of every school, clinic, and city government that needs them, and make the implementation painless.
