Spider-Man: Brand New Day leaks on X — 5.9M see it before Disney pulls it

A bootleg of the new Spider-Man film rode the wave on X for over seven hours before Disney's takedown requests caught up. In that window it hit nearly 6 million accounts and picked up 143,000 likes. Other accounts have since reposted the leak, but they haven't lasted — Disney is on top of the takedowns.

The leak is unlikely to dent the box office. The film is already shattering records, pulling in $72 million in previews — besting Avengers: Endgame's $60 million previews from 2019. Endgame went on to set staggering records for the franchise.
