Minimal wearables that won't steal your attention

People are fed up with buzzers — that wrist vibration yanking you out of the street, the office, the moment. A new wave of minimal devices is trying to fix that: they gather health data without stealing your attention. Fewer notifications, fewer pings, more silence.

The idea is simple: a watch, a sensor, a ring — whatever — that measures pulse, sleep, steps, and lets you live. Rather than turning your body into a screen of alerts, it stays quiet and lets you be.

Why this matters for us: la gente trabajadora no necesita otro dispositivo que le grite; si algo nos ayuda sin quitarnos tiempo, vale la pena.

“Menos notificaciones, menos pings, más silencio.”
