DeepSeek drops V4-Flash, a new open AI model on Hugging Face

DeepSeek released DeepSeek-V4-Flash-0731 on Hugging Face, a July 31 model in their Flash line. The model is available under an open license, which means developers, researchers, and anyone with a GPU can pull it down and run it locally or on their own infrastructure.
